Applications are invited from male Indian citizens for the post of Group ‘B’ post of Sub Inspector /Junior Engineer (Electrical) in the Border Security Force , Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India :

• Sub Inspector / Junior Engineer (Electrical) : 28 posts (UR-7, OBC-15, SC-4,ST-2) , Pay Band : PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800/- Grade pay Rs. 4200/-, Age : 18 to 25 years

Qualification :  Minimum three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an Institute recognized by Central/ State Government.

Application Fee : Application should be accompanied by a Crossed Bank Draft / Indian Postal Order for Rs. 50/- only for Gen/OBC candidates as the examination fee in favour of  The Inspector General or  DIG/ Comdt to whom the application is addressed payable at respective SBI/ post office.

How to Apply : Applications duly filled up on the prescribed format be sent to The Inspector General of the various range as details provided  in the detailed advertisement, within 30 days from the date of publishing the adv. (published on 31/08/2013) i. e. up to 30/09/2013. (15 days more for the candidates from far-flung areas)
