THE INDIAN NAVY Invites Application forms from unmarried Indian Nationals for grant of Permanent Commission (PC) in Executive (GS) and Short Service Commission (SSC) Officer in Technical / Executive Branches of Indian Navy under University Entry Scheme (UES) for course commencing June 2016 :

Eligibility Conditions:

Educational Qualifications : All Applicant should be studying in Engineering in AICTE approved College / Institution with one of the various discipline and should have obtained a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.75 CGPA overall grade on 10 point scale.

Age : Between 19 to 24 years (candidates to be born between 02 July 1990 to 01 July 1997)

Physical Standards : Height and Weight : Minimum height Male - 157 cms and Female - 152 cms with correlated weight. Eye Sight - 6/24, 6/24 correctable to 6/6 in each eye with glasses and should not be color/night blind.

Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400/- MSP Rs.6000/-

Short Service Commission (SSC) : Short Service Commission (SSC) is approved for a term of 10 years, extendable to 14 years, subject to Job service requirements and performance/compliance of the candidate.
