Pay Scale: The annual fixed compensation for Analyst grade, appointed in the service of the Bank will be ₹14.83/- (approximately), Apart from this, variable pay (performance bonus) of up to 20% on fixed compensation may be paid on the basis of performance, as decided by Bank from time to time.

Experience: Minimum 1 years of post-qualification experience,

Selection: The selection will be based on Shortlisting-cum-Interview/ OR with recruitment examination and interview.
